Jenny di Gioia and Lorenzo Pugno - owners of Lake Como Transfers are based in one of the best places in the world, Lake Como - Italy.

When we started Lake Como Transfers it was clear to us that we wanted to offer something more than just a “regular” private transfer company.

Our priority was to offer private chauffeured transfers with luxury, safety and high-end vehicles but our aim was also to add a personal touch.

Thanks to our long-standing experience in tourism we were able to realize our "High-profile transfer & tours company” offering not only car transfers but also an invaluable CONCIERGE SERVICE.

We spent countless hours building our web site and trying to capture the best pictures of our amazing Lake Como in every moment of the day to inspire our potential clients dreaming about their Lake Como holiday.

We have been trying restaurants and testing suppliers to be able to suggest the best, but not necessarily the most expensive options.

We attentively select our drivers and our business partners to maintain an outstanding level of service.

Over the years, we have collected many positive & sincere reviews from our valued clients. They are testament to the fact that we achieved our goal: BE UNIQUE!

When we say “WE” it is mainly because Lake Como Transfers is founded by Lorenzo & Jenny, together in life and work, the “dynamic duo” as someone wisely wrote…!

I have a long history of working in tourism and in one of the best 5 star hotels of the area - the Grand Hotel Tremezzo.

At Lake Como Transfers, I am the one promptly answering e-mails, planning transfers, building amazing tour itineraries and giving precious suggestions. With my 12 years experience working at this iconic Lake Como Italy hotel I gained the necessary skills to deal with the most sophisticated and exacting travellers. Experiencing different roles has been one of the keys to our success.

During the planning and booking process I am frequently asked many questions, all of them often quite similar. I decided to put together all this information and start my Blog, that it will soon be full of very useful information and tips to make the planning of your Lake Como holiday as smooth as possible.

Lorenzo pronounced [LUH] + [REN] + [ZOH] 

After 5 years as a driver for the Limousine service of the world famous Grand Hotel Tremezzo in Lake Como, Italy. I decided to establish my own company offering private transfers and excursions Lake Como Transfers.

I love my lake, having been born and raised in Bellagio, Lake Como is in my blood, and it gives me pleasure to share it with you. I have been privileged to work in the hotel business since 2006, and having graduated with a degree in tourism, makes me qualified and excited to offer my services.

I had the opportunity to travel the world. I have visited throughout Italy and Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and the United States, including California, New York, Florida, Arizona and Nevada. These experiences have been invaluable, as they allowed me to understand and anticipate the needs, tastes and desires of my clientele. I speak English, French and Italian, of course. 

I value my relationship with my clients. I am polite, professional, punctual and enthusiastic about offering the best service possible for our individual, group, leisure, business and wedding clients.
